You know why. We know how.
You know what you are trying to achieve, and why it matters. We are the team that works out how, and builds it. The thinking and the building in one place, so nothing is lost between deciding and shipping.
The handoff is where it dies.
Strategists decide, designers interpret, engineers build whatever reached them. Meaning leaks at every pass, and what ships is rarely what anyone intended.
Most failures are not engineering failures. They are handoff failures, the gap between the commercial question and the shipped product.
One team, from the question to the shipped product.
The people who diagnose your problem are the people who design it, and the people who design it are the people who build it. A consultancy leaves you a deck. A dev shop builds what the deck says, even when the deck is wrong. We do both, and we answer for the result.
You own the product and the outcome. We hold the expertise and stay accountable for delivery. That is the whole arrangement.
MO_AI is fifteen years and 200+ products of architecture, security and method, encoded.
It is how a senior team takes on a problem at a price the problem can justify, and ships production-grade against it.
Fixed where we can be. Honest where we cannot.
Most firms hide the risk in the contract. We put it where you can see it.

Fixed where honestWhere work is genuinely uncertain we say so, and fix what honestly can be. Often more than you would expect.
Built By pricing is fixed where it can honestly be fixed. Planning is fixed price, so you know what the thinking costs before you commit to the build. The first ninety days of delivery are fixed price, so there is no overrun risk on the part we can be sure of. Where work is genuinely uncertain we will tell you, and we will fix what can honestly be fixed rather than pretend on what cannot. Often more can be fixed than you would expect.

“Not a vendor, not a shop, not a consultant. A proper extension of the ReedAI team, from day zero.”— JZ, ReedAI
Transcript — JZ, ReedAI
ReedAI is a natural language learning platform purpose-built for divergent families and divergent life. I feel very fortunate to have MOHARA as a partner, a partner from day zero, not a vendor, not a shop, not a consultant. I view them as a proper extension and augmentation of the ReedAI team, and I value that relationship because they didn't come to us with "here's the MOHARA way, here's the method, here's our branded acronym for the steps we take to make success happen." We came to them with a challenge and an opportunity space, and MOHARA brought the right team and resources to rally around that space and let us dig in fast. It was really focused on how do we bring the right people and expertise to bear, and let's get cracking. That's why I initially thought, I like these folks, and it's why I view them as a partner for years to come.
“They really feel like an extension of our team. I've heard that phrase before and it doesn't always follow through. With MOHARA, it does.”— Marcelino Alvarez, Photon Marine

Hi, I'm Marcelino Alvarez, co-founder and CEO of Photon Marine. Photon Marine builds electric propulsion systems for commercial harbor craft — vessels used by ports, tourism companies, and municipalities to move people and products on repeatable routes each day.
The Photon platform exists on a few levels. There's the software on the vessel, where an operator sees speed, energy remaining, and other operational information. There's also the cumulative sensor data we send to the cloud, which feeds a fleet management platform and a mobile application.
We needed MOHARA to help with two key parts of our software platform, plus a marketing function. The mobile application lets operators see state of charge and critical vessel information. The fleet management platform lets customers with multiple vessels see where their vessels are, estimated arrival times, charging status, and supports back-office maintenance and routine service. All of that is core to the Photon software platform. MOHARA clued into that and helped us develop those platforms based on our designs and intentions.
We also knew our website was notoriously out of date and wanted to set it up for the future, not just to show product specs but to tell the stories connecting the technology to real impact. MOHARA was part of that website release, and it's something we intend to keep updating as we deliver vessels and capture both anecdotes and quantitative data from operators.
Having run a product design studio before, I know the mechanics of both the day-to-day and what happens behind the scenes, and I was surprised by how effective the MOHARA team has been working across time zones with a cohesive product roadmap. I really enjoyed the governance meetings and weekly planning check-ins on the state of the business and the projects, which let us reprioritise as new features or concepts emerged.
They really feel like an extension of our team. I say that having heard that phrase delivered a number of times, and it doesn't always follow through. We have a great relationship with the team working on our product, on Slack, beyond Slack, in the weekly check-ins, and it really does feel like an extension to our team.
“They promised the budget would not change. We'd just be flexible to what we found, and make sure it fit.”— Michelle Golding, Experience This

Aside from really buying into Rich, your co-founder, I put you through your paces during the interview stage. I spoke to quite a lot of agencies, and with MOHARA in particular we went back and forth in a very collaborative way around the scope of work. They felt like a partner rather than the stories you hear about agencies charging by line of code, everything escalating and getting out of hand. It really didn't feel like that with MOHARA. We had a budget and an ambition, but ultimately we could flex that, change direction, and they promised me that budget would not change — we'd just be flexible to what we found and make sure it fit the budget. They felt like a partner rather than a third-party agency.
