      About the business

Hey Mirza is an open-access tool to help prospective parents understand the impact of having a family and plan for their personal and professional futures.

      The Challenge

Build a prototype, answering three main questions:

      1. What do people value most and is anything missing?
      2. What do people most want to interact with and what would bring them back?
      3. Would businesses be willing to pay to allow their employees to have access to the service?

Conduct thorough user testing during the prototype phase to make sure users’ needs are met and pain-points are identified.

      The Solution

We’ve created a clickable prototype of a single high-value journey through several service elements. We defined the scope of the MVP and moved into the agile design and build process, building a usable MVP with baked-in rounds of iteration and user testing. After testing the complete MVP live, the next step was a full-service build, developing, and evolving a scalable platform for Mirza.
